We’re searching for several Trilingual Business Analysts (FR/EN/NL)

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support a variety of long-term digital transformation projects for our clients. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into clear functional requirements, and help optimize processes within modern digital ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft 365, workflow tools, custom applications).

Your Responsibilities

Work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Map, model, and optimise business processes using methodologies such as BPMN, UML or ArchiMate.
Support digitalisation initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and helping shape functional solutions.
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure clear documentation and communication.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a coherent, structured way of working.
Assist in data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
Adapt to evolving environments and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.

Your Profile

Min. 5 years of experience in business analysis or functional analysis.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 or similar digital ecosystems.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience with process modelling (BPMN, ArchiMate) is a strong asset.
Comfortable facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
Ability to work in multilingual environments.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
