Data Platform & Insights Lead - Shape the Future of Data at Aon Belgium

We’re looking for a Data Platform & Insights Lead who doesn’t just design solutions—you build them. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll transform our legacy data warehouse into a modern, cloud-native, self-service analytics platform that empowers smarter, faster decisions.

Lead by doing: architect, develop, and deliver end-to-end data solutions
Drive migration to a modern data platform and enable self-service analytics
Collaborate with global data and engineering teams to align architecture and governance
Deliver impactful insights through dashboards and data products that matter

What You Bring

Proven experience in data engineering, BI development, or analytics architecture
Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and building scalable data pipelines
Familiarity with modern cloud architectures and self-service BI principles
Excellent communication and ability to work across business and technical domains
Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus
