Join our team as a Salesforce Business Analyst and play a key role in transitioning our project.

Lead the transition of projects, ensuring smooth operation and integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Develop and manage user stories in an Agile environment to support project goals.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Skills

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on requirements elicitation and documentation.
Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
Proficiency in Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing user stories.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
