Job Summary
Support the implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower. The position will work closely with ITSM, ITOM, and Platform teams to design, configure, and deploy AI-driven workflows that enhance automation, observability, and decision-making. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Performance Analytics, and platform automation capabilities, along with strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes in a large, regulated organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement solutions within ServiceNow AI Control Tower, leveraging Now Assist and predictive intelligence capabilities.
Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and Platform Engineering teams to align AI use cases with operational processes and business outcomes.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and health indicators to measure automation effectiveness and performance improvements.
Optimize ServiceNow workflows and data models for AI readiness and automation maturity.
Support the configuration of connectors, integrations, and data sources feeding the Control Tower.
Provide technical documentation and post-implementation support.
Desired Skills And Experience
3-5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including configuration and solution development
Hands-on experience with AI Control Tower, Now Assist, or predictive intelligence modules
Solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including incident, problem, change, and event management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, CMDB, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
Knowledge of AI concepts, data quality management, and operational analytics.
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer logic).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow AI certifications preferred.
