Job Title: Laboratory Maintenance Service Technician

Location: Marcy-l'Étoile, France

Duration: 12 months, Permanent contract

Job Description

We are seeking a Laboratory Maintenance Service Technician. The individual in this position provides technical support for instruments at assigned client sites.
Their responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment qualification, ensuring optimal performance.
Through their expertise and attentive listening to client needs, they directly contribute to facility reliability, laboratory efficiency, and user satisfaction.
Desired technical knowledge of laboratory equipment (HPLC/GC, centrifuges, dissolution, temperature & humidity measurements, PSM hoods, etc.)
2 to 5 years of higher education in science (electronics, electrical engineering, automation, chemistry/biology, physics) or equivalent experience
Ability to continuously learn
Professional English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities and scope of action

Comply with and promote QHSE rules
Comply with protocols
Ensure interventions are completed within established deadlines and quality standards
Organize their schedule and travel to carry out their activities
Ensure clear and regular communication with the customer at each stage of the intervention
Provide technical training on their instruments range
