We're now looking for our first Sales Enablement Lead to build world-class onboarding, training, and sales playbooks that accelerate productivity and drive repeatable enterprise revenue.

What will you do

In this role, you will design and execute the enablement foundation for our go-to-market engine. You'll build onboarding, develop playbooks, create sales content, and coach our team to consistently win and forecast with confidence. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure the team has everything needed to scale efficiently.

Build and own the full sales onboarding program (30/60/90) to accelerate ramp time
Deliver ongoing training on product, ICP, competitors, messaging, and objection handling
Conduct 1:1 coaching to improve deal discipline and forecast accuracy
Develop sales playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, talk tracks, and objection guides
Create enterprise & MSSP-specific enablement aligned with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, etc.)
Turn product launches into customer-ready narratives & sales content
Establish enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rate, deal velocity, certification adoption)
Analyze sales performance to identify training opportunities and best practices
Partner cross-functionally with Product, PMM, and GTM leadership
Support EMEA & US expansion with localized enablement content and training

Who you are

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing independence with collaboration, and who can bring clarity, focus, and structure.

4–7 years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations in B2B SaaS
Experience enabling enterprise sales cycles & methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, etc.)
Proven success designing and rolling out onboarding programs & playbooks
Strong content creation skills (decks, scripts, frameworks, GTM resources)
Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear GTM messaging
Data-driven mindset — you measure impact and iterate quickly
Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
Bias for action and comfort operating in fast-moving startup environment
