About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical assistance to our internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex IT issues, managing system configurations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve escalated incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions to recurring issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve technical problems.
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and known issues.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, access management, and user training.

Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience in IT support or technical operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
Good understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS).
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine).
Experience supporting enterprise systems, printers, and remote access tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
