Windows Support Analyst – Newtonabbey, Belfast

Capita Technology & Software Solutions is hiring a Windows Support Analyst to monitor IT infrastructure and provide 1st-level support for Windows Servers (on-prem & cloud).

This is a 24x7 shift-based role with days/nights rota, rest periods, and shift allowance. You’ll handle Windows issues, plus work with Azure Cloud and VMware. Full training provided!

What you’ll do:

Support Windows Servers (2008–2019)

Troubleshoot apps, backups, Exchange & Office365

Respond to incidents via Remedy

What we need:

IT support experience

Windows knowledge

Customer service skills

Eligible for Security Clearance
