Data Migration Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Data Migration Manager who can lead the transition from legacy systems to a modern cloud ERP environment. You will plan, coordinate, and execute cutover activities that ensure a smooth go-live for business and IT teams.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and high-impact delivery.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain a detailed cutover plan (tasks, owners, timings, dependencies)
Work with functional, technical, data, and business teams to align all activities
Run cutover rehearsals to test sequencing, downtime, and rollback scenarios
Ensure data migration, interface switches, configurations, and access are ready for go-live
Oversee all go-live weekend tasks, track progress, and manage real-time issue resolution
Monitor conversion activities (FBDI, HDL, manual setups) and secure business sign-off
Identify risks, propose mitigations, and keep all stakeholders informed
Maintain checklists, runbooks, rollback plans, and audit-ready documentation
Collaborate closely with PMO, Release Management, IT Ops, and Business Readiness teams
Facilitate go/no-go decisions and coordinate post-go-live support handover
What You Bring
Bachelor or Master in applied computer sciences, informatics, or similar
8–12 years of ERP implementation experience
Minimum 2 years focused on Oracle Cloud ERP cutover management
Strong background with large, business-critical applications
Experience in data migration, configuration transport, security provisioning, and environment coordination
Great organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and reporting dashboards
Team-oriented mindset
Fluent in Dutch and English
