Job Specifications

Reporting to the Marketing Director of our Power Conversion Business Application (50% of the Group’s revenue, including services), you are the driver of your product offering throughout its entire lifecycle, maximizing growth, profitability, and sustainability.

Depending on market developments, primarily in the Data Center sector, you define the evolution of the marketing mix, particularly the dynamics of offer development, creation of variants, catalog simplification, and product line renewal. You are also responsible for all the information and content needed for pre- and post-sales operational activities.

Responsibilities

Market monitoring: analysis of studies, voice of the customer, competitive analysis, standards evolution;
Analysis of sales and profitability trends, listening to feedback from Sales, Services, and Quality teams;
Identification of the need for product evolution and the expected business impact;
Define positioning, marketing mix, and specifications for new offerings;
Define and lead the creation of pre- and post-sales tools related to the offering;
Support the sales force: participate in promotional/training actions and provide operational support;
Define revenue and margin objectives and monitor these targets by geographic area;

Qualifications

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in electricity or energy
At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, in the capital goods, electricity, data center, or energy sectors
Fluency in English is essential due to the international scope of the position
