About the Technology Division
The Technology Division provides information and system technology services to all business areas in the Bank as part of Central Services. Our key objective is to support policy and operational divisions to meet the Bank’s stated objectives.
The division’s structure reflects the technology delivery lifecycle—planning and designing new technologies and investments, then building, maintaining, and running them securely. A dedicated operating function ensures information and data security.
This role sits within Technology Strategy & Architecture (TSA), responsible for aligning IT change with business priorities and ensuring the technical architecture is correct. TSA is organized into towers covering specific areas of the Bank (e.g., PRA, M&B). Each tower includes a Tower Lead, Business Analysts, and Architects (Business, Solution, Data). Architects define technical architecture aligned to strategy, standards, and roadmaps, while Business Analysts ensure solutions deliver the right business outcomes.
You will support Tech Modernisation projects within the Central Services tower.
