Overview of the role

SmartCo Consulting is proud to be one of the UK’s fastest growing technology consultancies. With bold ambitions for the future, we’re seeking an experienced consulting leader to join our leadership team and drive the next phase of our growth journey

This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends programme delivery, transformation leadership and pre-sales consulting. You will work directly with CIOs, IT leadership, and deal teams, taking ownership of value propositions that help clients unlock value at pace.

You will lead all client consulting engagements in a collaborative style, build a team to drive our continued growth, and play a key role in shaping the business alongside a highly supportive, experienced, and values-driven leadership team.

In addition, as a member of the executive team, you’ll play an active role in shaping SmartCo’s business and growth plans with an opportunity to build equity within the business

About you

Proven consulting background with experience working with CIOs, IT leadership, and business sponsors within large enterprise clients.

Proven experience in shaping consulting offerings to deliver IT transformation and separation programmes

Experience working directly with CIOs and programme sponsors to shape and lead complex technology change programmes.

Strong commercial acumen with experience building a leading a consulting practice.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, practical approach to advisory and delivery engagements

Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and credibility at senior levels.
