We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Incident & Network Support Analyst to join our Financial Services technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who has a strong interest in incident support and a foundational understanding of networking. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to help ensure the stability and performance of critical infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line and coordinated support for incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution.
Assist with L3 support activities, leveraging your foundational networking knowledge across firewalls, proxies, DNS, routing, and related technologies.
Participate in and lead troubleshooting sessions with technical teams, demonstrating confidence and clear communication.
Follow incident management processes and escalate issues appropriately.
Support the wider team with monitoring, analysis, and improvement of service reliability.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to internal policies and SLAs.

What We’re Looking For

0–12 months' experience in Incident Support or Incident Management, either from a previous role, internship, or university projects.
A fundamental understanding of networking concepts (e.g., FW, Proxy, DNS, TCP/IP).
Strong timekeeping skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in owning and running troubleshooting sessions with internal teams.
A willingness to learn, develop, and progress within a highly regulated environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
