The Opportunity
As a Delivery Consultant (MSP), you’ll work as part of our dedicated Key Accounts Delivery Team, focusing on sourcing mid-to-senior-level Life Sciences professionals for our key UK/Europe/US clients.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys the candidate management and delivery side of recruitment and wants to work in a high-performing environment without the focus on business development.
You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality talent solutions to some of the most innovative pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver mid-to-senior level professionals within the Life Sciences sector
Partner with existing client relationships to help expand and strengthen those accounts
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to placement
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and referrals
Support both permanent and contract recruitment across multiple regions (UK, Europe, and US)
What You Bring
Previous experience in recruitment delivery or candidate resourcing
Knowledge or interest in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector (preferred but not essential)
Experience managing the full recruitment process
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality delivery
A proactive, organised, and relationship-focused approach
