Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Rating and Allowancing controls using the RAID tool (version 8.2.10) developed by Mobileum.
Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in the RAID tool, including configuration and customization.
Design and develop controls from scratch, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Implement required schema changes in the system to support new control development.
Identify issues proactively and design robust controls to address them.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to control logic and data accuracy.
Collaborate with the existing team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
Contribute to process improvements and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Identify issues proactively and build effective controls to mitigate risks.
Lead the development and deployment of controls, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience with the RAID tool by Mobileum, particularly version 8.2.10.
Strong understanding of the RV module and its application in control development.
Background in Revenue Assurance, Rating, or Allowancing is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
