(Mid–Principal) – AI & Data Scale-Up

London (Once a month)

£75,000 up to £100,000 base salary + Bonus + Share Options

A well-funded London-based AI & Data company is hiring Product-Focused Software Engineers across Mid, Senior, and Principal levels. This is a hands-on engineering role with significant influence over product direction, design decisions, and how new AI & Data features are shaped.

If you care about building meaningful products, solving real user problems, and improving the quality of digital experiences at scale, this is a rare environment that lets you do exactly that. The work you do will help in shaping how millions of users interact with data and AI.

What You’ll Do:

Work closely with Product, Design, and Data/AI teams to define problems and shape solutions.
Contribute to product discovery, design discussions, and roadmap decisions.
Build high-quality software using modern engineering practices across web, backend, and cloud.
Own features end-to-end—from early idea to released iteration.
