Job Specifications

We’re looking for a mid-level AWS DevOps Engineer to work fully onsite in Tempe, AZ. You’ll help design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud environments while supporting CI/CD automation and production operations.

You’ll work hands on with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps tooling while shaping how the team builds and delivers cloud infrastructure. This is a growing environment where your ideas matter, and you’ll get meaningful ownership, exposure to new tech, and a tight knit engineering culture.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Three to five years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role focused on AWS.
Hands-on experience with AWS core services and strong understanding of VPC, networking, security groups, and IAM.
Experience using Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and writing automation scripts using Bash or Python.
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
Strong troubleshooting skills for production systems.
Clear and effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Desired Skills & Experience

AWS DevOps or Solutions Architect certifications.
Experience working in onsite or hybrid environments.
Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
Experience optimizing AWS cost and resource usage.
Exposure to serverless services such as Lambda or Fargate and event-driven architectures.
