Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering AnalysisCollaborate with French-speaking business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct workshops and interviews in French to ensure clarity and accuracy of requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.Create process maps, workflows, and detailed documentation for RPA solutions.
Translate Process Design Documents (PDD) from French to English for offshore development teams.Act as a liaison between business teams and offshore technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements.Provide clarifications and resolve queries from offshore teams promptly.
Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Validate automation scripts and ensure alignment with business objectives.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.Document test cases and track defects.
Assist in training end-users and preparing user manuals in French and English.
Support adoption of automated processes across the organization
