Job Specifications

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and innovative mindset to drive impactful solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct exploratory data analysis on complex datasets to uncover valuable insights.
Develop and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms to enhance product performance.
Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and opportunities within data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
Maintain and enhance large codebases while adhering to industry best practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Produce documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Skills

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
3-4+ years of experience in data analysis and model development.
Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets.
Strong knowledge of machine learning methodologies and their applications.
Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a self-driven and results-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with optimization techniques, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience in deploying data solutions with significant business impact.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
