AI Software Engineer - Fleet, Hampshire

What you’ll do as the AI Software Engineer - Fleet, Hampshire

Preparing, cleaning, and augmenting datasets for high-quality model training
Training, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI models including agentic workflows and feedback loops
Applying ML/DL techniques (classification, regression, feature extraction) to solve complex wireless testing problems
Building semantic search and root-cause analysis capabilities for mobile communication logs
Benchmarking and optimising AI model performance
Supporting cloud-based infrastructure setups and CI/CD automation
Developing clean, intuitive web interfaces to visualise AI functionality

What you’ll bring as the AI Software Engineer Fleet, Hampshire

Solid Python skills
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data-processing tools
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure is ideal) and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with MLOps/DevOps concepts
Experience building web UIs (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks)
