Trova is looking for an external consultant to retro-document the payment integration flows between AreaSanté, IDM, Goal, Apro, and Oracle.

Currently, these payments involve third parties, and we are facing significant challenges in reconciling payment references with invoices. In addition, the existing integration is not functioning properly: multiple blockers between the systems are causing failures in data transmission.

Scope of the assignment

Produce comprehensive documentation describing the current end-to-end integration flows between the systems (file formats, triggers, transformations or value-added steps performed by each system, etc.).
Develop a practical action plan to reach the target state - an integrated, reliable flow with a clear operating model for all teams involved (including required developments, monitoring tools, and process adjustments).
Contribute to the development and implementation of the new solutions alongside the relevant technical teams.

Required skills and competencies

Ability to lead and facilitate workshops with business, functional, and technical teams.
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to deliver actionable and structured materials.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a plus

Onsite presence 4 days a week in Paris is required Issy Les Moulineaux area
