A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a DevOps Engineer position
Position type: Contract
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Plano, TX
As a DevOps Engineer you will:
Top 3 Skills:
1. Support setting up Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Testing.
2. Hands-on DevOps experience with (tools): Version Control (GIT/Bitbucket), Build Orchestration (Jenkins), Artifact Management (Artifactory) and Deployment (Ansible, XLR).
3. Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux platform, including LDAP-based authentication integration and clustering.
Other Required Skills:
• Ability to understand various / complex application architecture to support setting up Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Testing.
• Hands-on DevOps experience for following functions (tools): Version Control (GIT/Bitbucket), Build Orchestration (Jenkins), Code Quality (SonarQube and Unit Testing frameworks), Artifact Management (Artifactory) and Deployment (Ansible). Experience with Database Build & Deployment using Datical and Release Orchestration using XLRelease would be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in application development and operating environments including Windows Server, .NET, SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux platform, including LDAP based authentication integration and clustering.
• Communicate effectively, clearly articulating technical issues, problem incident resolution, readiness status and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience or working knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
2. Experience with Cloud application deployments
3. Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure Management (ArgoCD, Terraform, etc.)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65 to $68 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
