Location: Willenhall (with travel across the East Midlands, West Midlands & North West - Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our referrals and partnerships strategy, build strong relationships with commissioners and local authorities, and play a key role in the continued growth of our children’s residential and educational services.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in business development, referrals, or placements within children’s social care or education
Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills
Understanding of local authority commissioning processes
Proactive, professional, and passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
