Location: Cambridge - this role is office based to support physical media studio
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 p.a. full-time equivalent, dependent on experience
Basis: Permanent; full-time, part-time or flexible

The role
This is an exciting new role within the Comms and Marketing team to support the Foundation's media team. We have just launched our own state-of-the art video and podcast studio at our headquarters in Cambridge and are looking for an exceptional Production Coordinator to be the organisational backbone of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day logistics and project management of the Media Studio.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, has strong organisational skills and excels in collaborating to deliver their best work. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail orientated and capable of managing multiple projects and business processes, all whilst communicating seamlessly with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Executive Producer who sets the team's strategic and editorial vision and signs off all commissions and deliveries, as well as the team's videographers, supporting their content creation through managing the Media Studio's booking and scheduling, ensuring projects run smoothly from pre-production to delivery.

Responsibilities
Support the Media Team to deliver multiple video and podcast projects from pre-production to delivery
Manage the Media Studio's scheduling and booking systems, and communicate progress status
Maintain and update production calendars, shoot schedules and delivery timelines
Manage equipment bookings and track usage
Coordinate data protection and safeguarding administration, obtaining and filing necessary consent forms.
Support workflow such as backing up final assets and uploading to the digital asset management system
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage production bookings and schedules
Coordinate freelance contracts, travel bookings, expenses and budgets as required

Proven experience in media production project management
Self motivated with the ability to prioritise, multitask and seek support and guidance when required
