Job Specifications
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Salesforce platform expertise to support large-scale business and technical initiatives across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and GTM systems. This role goes beyond managing Salesforce projects — it focuses on how Salesforce integrates with a modern customer platform, usage-based billing models, and internal data products.
The ideal candidate has previously worked at fast-moving tech companies and has hands-on experience driving cross-functional programs involving CRM, CPQ, subscription/usage billing, ERP integrations, and customer lifecycle workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce + Customer Platform Ownership
Drive end-to-end program outcomes for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and integrations with internal customer platforms.
Understand how the company’s SaaS product, data warehousing platform, and consumption-based billing model (similar to AWS) integrate into Salesforce and downstream systems.
Partner with billing teams to support metronomic/usage-based billing models and ensure customer usage data flows accurately into CRM and ERP systems.
Act as the bridge between Sales, Revenue Operations, Engineering, GTM, and Business Systems to ensure scalable, compliant processes across quoting, contracting, invoicing, and renewals.
Program Leadership
Lead large cross-functional teams with competing priorities, driving clarity, structure, and accountability across the program lifecycle.
Define KPIs, measure business impact, and create scalable processes that support rapid growth.
Break down ambiguous business problems into actionable program plans and influence VP+ stakeholders.
Identify, manage, and remove upstream/downstream dependencies across Salesforce, ERP (NetSuite), billing, and customer data systems.
Drive strategic roadmaps for Salesforce and related GTM systems in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Solution, Architecture & Fit-Gap Leadership
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, lead design discussions, and facilitate technical trade-off decisions.
Ensure new features, pricing structures, product SKUs, usage-billing rules, and GTM motions are implemented correctly in Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
Partner with legal, finance, revenue, and GTM teams on quoting flows, contract workflows, business rules, and compliance updates.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience driving strategic technical programs in fast-moving technology companies.
Deep Salesforce experience in Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and integrations with customer platforms, usage systems, or ERP.
Strong exposure to subscription management, usage/consumption billing, or metered billing models.
Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Strong background collaborating across Product, Engineering, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, and Legal.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive decisions with incomplete data, and deliver measurable business impact.
Experience influencing VP+ stakeholders and presenting complex technical ideas clearly.
Background in SaaS, B2B tech, data platforms, or cloud services strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
