Job Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - onsite 3-4 days per week) Overview
This role focuses on ensuring high-quality technology product releases by managing the entire release process. You will work with engineering and product teams to coordinate releases, improve processes, and keep projects on track. This is NOT a Technical Product Manager (TPM) role. Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage product releases across multiple engineering teams.
Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and readiness activities.
Track progress, share updates, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
Use data to measure release success and drive continuous improvement.
Support technical projects from planning through testing and launch.
Identify risks and help resolve issues quickly.
Improve processes to make delivery faster, more reliable, and higher quality. What We're Looking For
Strong communicator who can lead teams and build trust.
Experience orchestrating complex projects and delivering results.
Technical acumen with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Passionate about quality and continuous improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience.
7+ years in technical delivery, engineering, or technical product management.
5+ years managing digital product releases in an agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with distributed teams. Technical & Functional Experience
Software Release Management - provide examples of managing releases at scale; responsibility for coordination, quality gates, and risk mitigation.
Scope & Scale - description of number of teams and orchestration across multiple groups; familiarity with service-layer architecture and SLA requirements.
Metrics & Impact - ability to reference measurable outcomes such as reduced release failures, improved SLA compliance, accelerated delivery. Pay and Benefits
