Description/Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to help shape of IT future in close collaboration the strategic stakeholders.

As Enterprise Architect, you act as a strategic liaison—connecting business ambition with architectural direction. You’ll ensure that technology decisions support long-term goals, enable transformation, and create value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Oversight
Ensure enterprise-wide architecture principles and guardrails are understood and consistently applied across teams, maintaining coherence in both strategic and operational initiatives.

Strategic Liaison Roles:

With stakeholders: Align our client architecture with both local ambitions and group-level strategies.
With Strategy & Portfolio: Embed architectural thinking into investment planning and portfolio prioritization.
With Agility & Transformation: Ensure transformation efforts address people, process, and technology dimensions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Solution Architects, Technology Architects, and Business Leaders to ensure end-to-end architectural consistency and value realization.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as Enterprise Architect
Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into architectural direction
Excellent communication and influencing skills for both executive and technical audiences
Experience with transformation programs and modern delivery models (e.g., DevOps)
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar)
Fluency in Dutch and English
Telco industry experience (highly preferred)

Nice to have skills:

Knowledge of AI trends and implications for enterprise architecture
Experience with Jira and LeanIX
TOGAF certification or similar
