Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead scalable Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business goals.

Required Sills

6+ years of Salesforce development experience

Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components

Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations

Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security model

Experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, or similar)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications. Creates configuration, writes code, create custom objects, and integrate Salesforce with other systems.
