Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Contract role
Travel: Must be available to travel to Gothenburg, Sweden (week commencing 12 January)
Availability: Immediate availability required
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Project Manager to deliver and implement e-invoicing solutions for large, multinational organisations. This contract role will involve managing medium-complexity client projects end-to-end, working closely with cross-functional teams across Europe and North America.
You will act in a consultative capacity, leading projects from initiation through to deployment, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining a strong client focus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams including sales, technical consultants, and product teams
Own project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders
Manage project plans, risks, financials, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate across multiple time zones and manage several projects concurrently
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
Apply best-practice project management methodologies and standards
Required Experience
Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects in a global or multinational environment
Strong background managing medium-complexity projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience working across multiple time zones
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
High level of organisation, autonomy, and attention to detail
Ability to start immediately and commit to required travel
Desirable Experience
E-invoicing, tax technology, or ERP implementation experience
Professional services or software implementation background
This role would suit a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager who is comfortable operating at pace, managing multiple priorities, and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
