Job Description

The Director, Omnichannel Enablement leads strategic digital transformation programs across the healthcare landscape, partnering with clients to shape and execute omnichannel roadmaps that drive measurable impact. This role combines deep expertise in digital healthcare, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional leadership to elevate customer engagement across patient, HCP, and payer journeys. Ideal candidates thrive at the intersection of strategy, technology, and change management, guiding organizations toward modern, scalable omnichannel models.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the development of omnichannel strategies that align with client goals, regulatory requirements, and commercial priorities
Design and oversee integrated campaigns and experiences across channels, ensuring cohesive planning, execution, and optimization
Establish measurement frameworks and data models that support segmentation, attribution, and performance insights
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor and partner in digital transformation
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering continuous learning and operational excellence

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Technology, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of leadership experience in healthcare digital transformation, commercial strategy, or consulting
Proven success designing and delivering large-scale omnichannel programs for pharmaceutical or biotech clients
Strong understanding of life sciences commercialization, including field enablement and post-launch support
Expertise with healthcare data ecosystems, CRM and martech platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketo)
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, presenting complex strategies with clarity
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and evaluating ROI for digital programs
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Knowledge of regulations governing digital marketing in healthcare (e.g., FDA, HIPAA)

Desired:

Experience with AI/ML-powered personalization or decision-support tools
Background in journey mapping, real-world evidence initiatives, or digital therapeutics
Familiarity with advanced testing methodologies and optimization frameworks
Ability to translate digital innovation trends into practical applications for clients
Comfort integrating AI into daily work and team processes
