MS Dynamics Developer (Power Automate / Dynamics F&O)

Location: London, UK

Clearance: Must hold NATO clearance or security clearance

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Developer to support and enhance NATO's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment and Power Platform solutions. This role includes hands-on development, integration work, and involvement across the full implementation lifecycle for projects that directly support NATO operations.

You will work on the development, customisation, and optimisation of D365 F&O and related Power Platform components. The position offers flexible teleworking and the opportunity to contribute to systems that play a key role in NATO’s operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

Customise and extend Dynamics 365 F&O using Visual Studio, LCS, UDE, and extension models.
Develop integrations and automated workflows with Power Automate and Dataverse.
Build and maintain Power Apps and assess new features within the Dynamics/Power Platform ecosystem.
Provide 3rd-line support, including performance tuning and defect resolution.
Produce and maintain technical documentation; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Support UAT and work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of professional experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O development and support.
Proficiency in X++, C, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Experience with REST APIs, virtual tables, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with Visual Studio, LCS, UDE, and PPAC.
Background in full ERP implementation lifecycles.
Strong skills in unit testing, code reviews, documentation, and solution maintainability.
Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with stakeholders.
