Junior Commercial Operations Specialist

Location: Antwerp

Are you ready for a new challenge in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Burando Rail is looking for a proactive and solution-driven Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be involved in the full service chain—from commercial and operational tasks to financial processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency. While we support hybrid work, we value in-person collaboration. That’s why we ask you to join us in our Rotterdam HQ at least twice per month.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Purchasing logistics services
Preparing and sending offers to customers
Managing rail transport operations: booking, tracking, and coordinating with suppliers and clients
Working with commercial and operational systems
Preparing and processing invoices

What We’re Looking For:

Solution-oriented – you enjoy solving challenges
A strong communicator – both verbal and written
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Well-organized and detail-focused
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French or German is a strong plus
Experience in rail logistics is a bonus, but not a must
