Location: Essex / London

Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum + company vehicle

Our client is seeking an experience Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial construction and refurbishment projects, from cradle to grave.

You will play a critical role at tender stage, shaping scopes, pricing works and setting programmes before leading the delivery phase on site.

This position will suit an individual who thrives in a senior leadership role, enjoys autonomy, and is confident managing multiple live projects while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial control.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

Full lifecycle delivery of commercial projects from tender to completion
Pre-construction involvement including scoping, estimating and tender submissions
Programming, planning and reporting using Microsoft Project and Excel
Acting as Principal Contractor and running CDM sites
Managing site and project management teams

What We Are Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

Strong experience in a Senior Project / Construction Manager role
Proven delivery of commercial construction or refurbishment projects
A solid understanding of pre-construction processes and cost planning
SMSTS and CSCS certification
Competency with Microsoft Project, Excel and project systems
