ETL Informatica Developer/Systems Analyst III (Onsite – Austin, TX)

About the Role
We are seeking two Systems Analyst III / Data Engineers to support the development and enhancement of a large-scale data integration hub. This role involves acquiring data from multiple sources, developing complex SQL, automating ETL processes, and contributing to all phases of an agile SDLC.
You will work as part of an agile data engineering team responsible for new development, enhancements, performance metrics reporting, and ongoing support of data integration systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support agile development activities across multiple sprints
Acquire and integrate data from diverse sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF
Develop complex SQL scripts for Oracle and/or Snowflake
Build Informatica Power Center or IICS workflows and mappings to automate ETL processes
Create materialized views, database views, and optimized data structures
Automate data validation and verification processes
Develop mockups and collaborate with stakeholders for review and validation
Participate in sprint ceremonies, requirements sessions, and design meetings
Produce technical documentation including diagrams, specifications, and mapping documents
Support deployment, integration testing, load testing, and performance testing
Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and data engineers
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to solution design
Required Skills
8+ years building ETL processes with Informatica Power Center or IICS
8+ years integrating data from various sources for analytics or reporting
8+ years developing advanced Oracle and/or Snowflake SQL
Strong background as a systems analyst in data analytics, data warehousing, or performance management environments
Experience in software platform development across multiple teams or units
Strong technical documentation skills (Visio, Erwin, mapping tools, MS Office, MS Project)
Ability to write efficient, testable, well-structured code
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Experience working on an agile sprint team
Understanding of security standards, especially related to healthcare data
Experience with BI/performance metrics tools
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Healthcare or public sector experience
Experience working with PII/PHI
Python scripting experience
Experience with Jira
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Java, JavaScript, or C#
Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
Experience with Mulesoft
Work Schedule & Location
Onsite only: 4601 W Guadalupe St, Austin, TX
Normal hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
May require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work
Overtime requires prior approval

Must live within 50 miles of Austin, TX
No relocation or candidates planning to relocate
Must be available to work fully onsite
