Context
The Bridges platform forms the core of the organisation for managing members, contributions, premiums, reimbursements, and accounting flows.
As part of the modernisation programme – the transition from an existing central management system to a modular, web-based platform – a Senior Tester is sought who will guarantee the quality of each release through thorough test preparation, meticulous execution, and analytical follow-up of results.
The Senior Tester works together with business analysts, developers, and key users to ensure that new or modified functionalities are delivered faultlessly, stably, and are usable.

Profile
Knowledge & experience
At least 6 years of experience in software testing within complex business or financial applications.
Thorough knowledge of test methodologies (ISTQB or equivalent).
Experience with Azure DevOps, Excel, and basic understanding of databases and data verification.
Experience in testing processes such as contributions, accounting flows, or payments is a major advantage.
Experience with or interest in automated testing (such as Selenium, Power Automate Desktop or similar tools) is a strong asset.
Knowledge of Power BI or Postman is a plus.
Skills
Meticulous, methodical, and strong analytical mindset.
Communicative and able to connect technical and functional teams.
Fast understanding of complex logic and chain dependencies.
Autonomous, but also strong in cooperation and consultation.
Languages: Dutch and French at professional level (reading, writing, speaking).
Education
Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, applied informatics, or a relevant field.
Certification in ISTQB Foundation or Agile Tester is a plus.
