App Tech Lead – React Native / TypeScript / C#

£90,000 + Benefits | UK

We’re supporting a fast-growing organisation as they build their first in-house UK tech team. This is a chance to shape the engineering function from day one and influence how their app and platform evolve.

The Role

As the App Tech Lead, you’ll work across a broad technical area, helping the business be more responsive to site reliability, observability, and overall performance needs. You’ll drive optimisations, deliver smaller enhancements quickly, and play a key role in enabling their experimentation strategy for UX and product teams.

What You’ll Do

Lead app development and contribute across the full stack
Set engineering standards and shape technical direction
Improve code quality, performance, and reliability
Help lay the foundations of the growing UK team

React Native, TypeScript, C#
Azure PaaS, SOLID, TDD, Unit Testing
