Our tech team has built the most advanced Agentic AI Hyperautomation platform on the market. We automate tasks and transform the way humans work at Enterprise scale.
Our customers include the largest companies in Europe; LVMH, Hermès, Thales, Auchan, Bouygues, etc. We won awards for our tech at national, EMEA and Global levels.
After a successful 5M€ seed round in 2023, we are currently closing our series A, and are ready to scale. The momentum is real and now.
We need an experienced, hands-on sales leader who’s structured chaos into order and driven high-performance teams from early scale-up to market dominance.
Mandatory
You have scaled a B2B SaaS startup revenue from 1M€ (minimum) to 10M€, 2M€ to 20M€, 10M€ to 100M€, etc.
You have 10+ years successful experience as Enterprise Sales & as a sales leader in Automation/IT/Cyber/AI, etc.
What You’ll Do
Own all EMEA revenue targets and sales execution.
Lead, structure, and inspire the EMEA sales team (AEs, BDRs).
Drive performance, accountability, and growth.
Design and enforce high-velocity, high-accountability sales processes (forecasting, pipeline, quota, enablement)
Set strategic directions for EMEA GTM segments ; prioritize, and close CAC40/Fortune500 logos in Cybersecurity, IT, AI, DevOps, and other verticals.
Partner directly with Operations, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Founders to align field reality with product and GTM.
Report directly to founders, shape strategy, zero bureaucracy.

Preferred Experience
You have personally closed multiple 7-figure deals with Enterprise CISO, CIO, CAIO, CEO & board-level stakeholders.
You have sold & scaled an enterprise sales team to consistently achieve quota on 6-12 months complex sales cycles and 200K-2M€+ average deal sizes selling automation/IT/Cyber/AI to multiple stakeholders.
You have a proven ability to build discipline, a high-performance sales culture, and teams that consistently deliver.
Bilingual in French and English.
Relentless focus on revenue growth and results.
