The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, motivated graduate to join the Private Equity team as a Graduate Researcher. You'll support Consultants on both retained and contingent assignments, working closely on projects across a wide variety of sectors and company sizes from high-growth private equity-backed firms to global listed businesses.
The role offers structured career progression, with a clear pathway to becoming a Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying, approaching, and engaging potential candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
In depth market mapping, trend analysis and talent identification in the private equity market
provide detailed reports of your research to the wider team to shape headhunt searches and client intel packs
Conducting initial conversations and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Supporting Consultants in client meetings, pitches, and candidate shortlist presentations.
Assisting in the production of CV summaries, market maps, and research documentation.
Staying updated on financial news and trends to build commercial awareness.
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate/client communications throughout the recruitment process.
