Job Description:

Build the core infrastructure that powers Cepter's platform. You'll architect data pipelines, design integrations with external providers, build internal tooling, and shape our product roadmap from the ground up. This role offers massive scope, direct customer interaction, and the chance to define the company's technical future, moving absurdly fast.

What you will do:

Architect and build core infrastructure, data pipelines, and external integrations.
Design and implement internal tooling and shape the product roadmap.
Solve complex, undiscovered problems across the full stack (Python, TypeScript, React, AWS).

The ideal candidate:

Possesses 3-5 years of software engineering experience at high-growth startups.
Demonstrates strong ownership, scrappiness, and a founder's mindset, driving execution without waiting for tasks.
Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment with high agency and flexibility across technologies.
