Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Operations Analyst to support operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement across key business functions. This role is perfect for someone early in their operations or analytics career who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and supporting day-to-day business execution.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Analysis & Reporting

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and reports for leadership

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag variances

Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation analyses

Process Improvement

Assist in mapping workflows and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity

Support implementation of new processes, tools, or automation initiatives

Help evaluate the effectiveness of operational changes over time

Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with teams such as HR, Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success

Gather requirements, coordinate tasks, and support ongoing projects

Monitor operational activities to ensure alignment with company goals

Maintain communication between stakeholders and track follow-ups

Administrative & Systems Support

Maintain internal data systems, CRM, or project management tools

Assist in vendor coordination, procurement tasks, and inventory tracking (if applicable)

Support onboarding processes and maintain operational documentation

Help troubleshoot minor system or workflow issues

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field

0–2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, administration, or related functions

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas)

Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
