Lead Business Analyst – Contract Opportunity

Rate: £500–£600 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office initially)

Contract: Initially Until 31/03/2026

Are you an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a passion for business transformation? We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help shape the future operating model for a major transformation programme.

You must have experience in leading a team of Business Analysts.

What You will Do

Lead and coordinate a small team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality analysis and documentation.
Drive gap analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping to support a future-state business model.
Act as a critical friend to stakeholders, challenging constructively and facilitating collaboration.
Ensure outputs align with strategic priorities and deliver pragmatic solutions at pace.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in business analysis within transformation programmes.
Must have experience in leading a team of Business Analysts.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Ability to work proactively and deliver results under pressure.
Relevant Business Analysis qualification (desirable: Agile/Waterfall experience).
