Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Communications & Infrastructure Programme Delivery Team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology solutions across the telecoms communication landscape, including Cloud services, Mobile communications, Messaging platforms, Fixed voice infrastructure, and Enterprise customer services.

Location: London, hybrid

Contract- 1 year, inside IR35

This role involves working on complex digital programmes with a strong focus on Telco Cloud and requires expertise in stakeholder engagement, requirements management, and business process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements across telecom domains.
Ensure traceability of requirements through testing and supplier alignment.
Conduct gap analysis and validate solution coverage against business needs.
Collaborate with architects to review High-Level Architecture (HLA).
Analyse and document business processes, especially cross-functional and technical operations.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.
Support project/programme delivery with risk and issue management.
Contribute to scoping, feasibility assessments, and initiation documentation.
Align business goals with technical execution in complex environments like Telco Cloud and Mobile Core.

What We’re Looking For

Strong Telecommunications Industry expertise with experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-vendor environments.
Proven Telco Cloud delivery experience with major players (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson).
Solid understanding of voice/packet-core network technologies, telco cloud, OSS & BSS.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and manage ambiguity.
Tech-savvy with collaboration tools and virtual ways of working.
