We are seeking a Telecom OSS Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mobile OSS and Product Operations to gather, analyse, and translate business and operational requirements into robust functional specifications that enhance mobile network deployment, configuration, optimisation, and operational readiness.
This role involves partnering with RAN engineering, Product Ops, NOC/SOC, and field teams to streamline workflows across site onboarding, design/integration, parameter/configuration management, performance monitoring, and change management.
The ideal candidate understands mobile network lifecycle processes, OSS tools, data models, and operational KPIs, and can map complex user needs into scalable solutions, drive process improvements, support UAT, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to bridge operations with product/technology teams are essential
