E-commerce is booming — but independent brands still struggle to match the seamless logistics of giants like Amazon. At Bigblue, we’re on a mission to change that.

We help brands by democratizing best-in-class operations: scaling faster while delivering a five-star customer experience.

Since 2018, we’ve built a tech-driven logistics platform powering 500+ brands — from fast-growing DTC players to global names like MUJI, Aigle, and Cabaïa. With 110+ employees across Paris, Madrid, and London, our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas, and a network of 7 warehouses across Europe, we’re solving logistics challenges that others haven’t dared to tackle — making fulfillment faster, smarter, and greener.

Backed by $20+M in funding and trusted by the next generation of e-commerce leaders, we’re scaling rapidly — from 10 million orders in 2024 toward ambitious enterprise expansion. The journey ahead is bold, and we’re looking for the right partner to help us lead the way.

Product team

You'll join the team that powers Bigblue's growth, with a triple mission:

Absorb complexity and connect teams so the company can scale quickly without breaking
Stay close to merchants and warehouse operators to detect issues and opportunities early
Ensure that every release makes the experience smoother and more reliable

You’ll collaborate directly with experienced product managers and engineers (Apple, Vimeo, Frichti, Kapten, Alan, etc.) and see how a world-class product team builds, adapts, and scales technology. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on product expertise, sharpen your technical skills, and play a central role in shaping Bigblue’s future.

Role

Investigate merchants’ issues, find solutions, and make sure their operations keep running smoothly
Capture and prioritize feedback from users to help shape the product roadmap
Troubleshoot problems alongside engineers and ensure fixes are delivered quickly
Support product launches with clear documentation, training, and communication so merchants adopt new features with confidence
Analyze product usage to uncover opportunities that drive adoption and growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure merchants get the best possible product experience

Requirements

Education - Bachelor or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school (or equivalent) or a top-tier business school
Eager to learn - You are excited to discover new scopes and learn new technologies
Embrace complexity - You have an habit of digging deep to understand how things really work
Problem-solver - You thrive to find solutions to people's problems
Communicator - Excellent writing and summarising skills. As you will work with Bigblue's transversal teams, you make sure everyone understands complex situations and you build strong relationships with the different teams
Languages - Strong English & French communication skills - written & oral - to engage with all team members and merchants

Bonus

Work experience - Past experience in a cross-functional role in technology, support or operations
Programming - Experience with software engineering and programming, or software tools (inspector, Google Cloud logs, Postman, etc.). If you're interested, the role can include development and maintenance of our software
Data Analysis - Ability to analyze product data and manipulate databases (SQL)

Hiring Process

30-minute call to understand who you are, what you need, and answer any of your questions
Test interview to assess your skills, with short practical case studies (30 min preparation preceding a discussion)
2h onsite with interviews with members of the team to assess human fit and for you to meet us

Thank you for considering joining Bigblue! We look forward to hearing from you
