Ideally - London/Manchester or Bristol 2 days onsite. Must have previous Government experience.

ASAP until end March 26 initially

You will Lead and drive programme forward with confidence, HM currently leading, so successful candidate will move into lead role, and HM will have oversight.

Experience of working in a HR delivery and supplier management - ideally Talent development experience within a digital environment

Strong Stakeholder engagement and relationship building, working with SMEs, Suppliers

Plan and track progress

Self-starter, need someone that can hit the ground running

Solution mindset, and ability work through challenges and bumps in the road

This role is specifically to lead the development and implementation of new development offers.

Leading the development and implementation of a new Digital Leadership tailored learning offer to upskill senior leaders from within the Digital and Data Function, addressing specific challenges of the function.

Procuring and managing an external provider to deliver the digital leadership offer in order to develop and launch a pilot cohort by the end of the financial year.

Working at pace with a range of stakeholders to progress development and unblock issues without compromising on quality and ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
Handing the launched pilot and clear plan for next phase development to the team on compilation of the contract.

ESSENTIAL

Delivery and project management skills including the ability to plan and track progress across multiple projects and initiatives.

Demonstrable stakeholder management skills and experience of building effective relationships with individuals/teams outside the organisation, such as in account/relationship management roles.

Experience of working in a HR delivery and supplier management - ideally Talent development experience within a digital environment - with the ability to understand and empathise with service objectives, work strands, and constraints
