Programme Overview

Our 2026 Summer Internship Programme runs for 10 weeks, starting on Monday 15 June and finishing on Friday 21st August 2026. This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the Asset Management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders.

We are only accepting applications from penultimate year students graduating in 2027.

Throughout The Programme You Will

Take part in comprehensive introductory training to build your understanding of the business
Be assigned to a team where you will contribute to live projects and gain meaningful hands-on experience
Shadow experienced professionals and learn directly from leaders in the field
Have opportunities to network with colleagues and other interns, helping you build connections for your future career

This internship provides practical experience, skill development, and a strong foundation for those interested in pursuing a career in the Asset Management sector.

Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications We’re Looking For

An honours degree or equivalent – we’re not fussed when it comes to your degree subject or predicted grade, however a STEM focused qualification would be beneficial.
You will be in your penultimate year of study. Unfortunately, we no longer accept applications from final year students considering further studies (i.e., Masters) upon completion of undergraduate course.
