Title: Brand Manager

Location: West London (3 days a week)

Salary: £50-60k + Bonus

About the Role

This business is seeking an ambitious and strategic Brand Manager to join their UK Marketing team and lead the growth of a portfolio of well-loved consumer brands within the beverage category. This is a standout opportunity for someone who combines creativity with commercial focus, thrives on innovation, and brings energy to shaping the future of a dynamic marketplace.

In this role, you’ll define long-term brand direction, champion breakthrough innovation, and deliver meaningful consumer experiences across the UK’s largest retail channels. You will play a central part in attracting the next generation of shoppers, ensuring the portfolio continues to stand out in a competitive category.

Key Responsibilities

Set the strategic vision

Establish the long-term brand positioning and portfolio strategy.
Ensure future plans align with evolving consumer trends and broader business objectives.

Lead innovation and renovation

Identify whitespace opportunities and build a robust long-term innovation pipeline.
Manage project delivery from concept to launch, spanning product development, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
Develop and implement breakthrough renovation plans that strengthen brand relevance.

Accelerate recruitment of new consumers

Create targeted strategies to engage younger audiences and emerging consumer segments.
Develop initiatives that attract the next generation of category entrants.

Turn insights into action

Analyse consumer, customer, and category performance.
Translate insights into clear strategies that adapt to changing market dynamics.

Build compelling brand communication

Partner with creative, equity, and communication teams to develop impactful campaigns across digital, in-store, and experiential marketing channels.

Collaborate cross-functionally

Work closely with Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global Marketing to ensure aligned and seamless execution.
Foster strong relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Manage financial performance

Develop business cases for innovation and renovation projects.
Track financial performance, monitor P&L impacts, and ensure delivery of commercial targets

About You

Experience in Marketing, ideally within FMCG, with a strong grounding in brand building and portfolio management.
Practical knowledge of digital marketing and shopper activation, including campaign development and execution.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful strategies.
Proven project management experience, comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Proactive, self-starting attitude with the confidence to navigate ambiguity.
Resilient, adaptable, and energised by working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
