Job Specifications
Job Summary
HyLight designs and operates next-generation airships for aerial inspections. Our aircraft collect LiDAR, imagery, and methane data to help utilities and infrastructure operators inspect their networks more efficiently and sustainably.
We are now looking for a Full-Stack Web Engineer to build the web applications that make our data usable. This role bridges our client platform (where customers access maps, 3D models, and reports) and our internal tools (live flight dashboards, QC/review interfaces, admin panels).
You will work across the stack: frontend (React/Next.js), backend APIs, and integrations with our data platform. Your work will directly shape both the customer experience and the daily workflows of our operations team.
Personal Note from Josef (CTO)
This role connects everything we build from our airships in the sky to the tools our clients and team use on the ground.
You’ll craft the web platforms that make HyLight’s data come alive: client portal, live dashboards, and internal tools. We’re a small, fast-moving team, so your work will have a real impact from day one. If you love building clean, useful web products and want to shape the digital heart of HyLight, we’d love to have you on board.
