Conversion Possible: YesAbout This RoleWe are seeking a Senior Developer to join an Agile delivery team supporting design and architecture initiatives within a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate is an MS Power Platform expert (PowerApps Canvas and Power Automate) who can deliver new solutions while also assessing existing assets to recommend, design, and implement optimizations and improvements.You will work within a structured Delivery POD alongside Business Systems Analysts, QA, and fellow Developers. This role requires delivering high-quality, scalable code aligned to sprint plans while promoting best practices and setting development standards across the organization.Key Responsibilities
Deliver efficient, high-quality code through Agile collaboration and continuous feedback
Participate in technical design sessions and all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, estimations, planning)
Share guidance and mentorship on coding standards and best practices
Provide day-to-day support for critical production issues as needed
Follow established development, maintenance, and governance standards
Produce development estimates and proactively identify risks or concerns
Ensure all phases of the application development lifecycle are followed
Coach and support junior developers throughout the requirements and delivery lifecycle
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess solutions, integrations, and process impacts
Build strong working relationships across technical teams, management, and business partners
Contribute to a positive, innovative, and high-performance team culture
Required Skills
5+ years end-to-end application development experience
3+ years hands-on experience with MS Power Platform (PowerApps Canvas, Power Automate)
2-3 years working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles
Experience with SSO, token-based authentication, and certificate-based authentication
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Windows Services

Note
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience: 8-10 years total professional experience
Preferred Background: Experience working in large enterprise organizations
Performance Measurement: Agile story completion, quality and timeliness of software delivery
