We are looking for a Market Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic travel trade partners as well as global and local corporate accounts, with the objective of securing and growing premium revenues.

The Market Manager will also play a key role in strengthening B2B presence, increasing market share, and ensuring full alignment with the company’s global revenue and profitability objectives.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).

Experience:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in:

Sales or business development
Proven experience negotianting high - value agreements
Strong knowledge of the UK airline / travel industry
Negotiating and managing corporate and agency partnerships (B2B).
Developing commercial strategies and achieving sales targets in competitive markets.

· Experience working with:

Sales management systems (CRM) and data analysis tools (Tableau, Prism, MIDT, DDS).
Cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools
